A Woman and A Copper Coin
There was once a woman who lived in a small village. She was poor and had very little, but she was known for her kind heart and her generosity. One day, she found a copper coin on the street. To most people, a copper coin would have been nothing special, but to her, it was a treasure.
The woman knew that there were many people in her village who were even poorer than she was. So, she decided to use the copper coin to help someone else. She went to the local market and bought a few vegetables and some rice. With these supplies, she made a simple meal and brought it to an old woman who lived alone and had no family to care for her.
The old woman was touched by the woman's kindness and asked her how she had managed to afford to make such a meal. The woman told her about the copper coin she had found and how she had used it to help someone in need. The old woman was moved by the woman's generosity and decided to repay her kindness.
The next day, the old woman went to the market and bought some fresh bread and a few more vegetables. She then made a meal and brought it to the woman who had given her the previous day's meal. The woman was surprised and touched by the old woman's gesture. She realized that kindness truly is contagious.
From that day on, the woman continued to find ways to help others, no matter how little she had. She would sometimes collect firewood for an elderly man or help a young mother carry her baby. And every time she did something kind, it seemed to inspire others to do the same.
The story of the woman with the copper coin became well known throughout the village, and she became known as one of the kindest and most generous people in the community. Her simple act of kindness had started a chain reaction of goodwill and generosity that had touched the hearts of everyone around her.
