Cryptocurrency exchange platform Huobi has indeed changed its name to HTX, with a new brand slogan: "HTX, Just Trade It".
Although the new name is reminiscent of FTX, the HTX team explains in its announcement that the "H" stands for Huobi, the "T" stands for TRON, and the "X" stands for exchange.
The announcement also points out that the HTX crypto exchange has its own native HT token, and that the "X" is the Roman numeral for 10, in honor of HTX's 10th anniversary (Huobi).
