Pioneers found evidence that exchanges (MEXC & OKX) transferred $Pi to each other to lower the Pi price and collect. Immediatelly, Pioneers have been collecting $Pi on the exchange and withdrawing it to their Pi wallet instead of putting $Pi on the exchange, causing a shortage of Pi supply and forcing exchanges to raise $Pi prices.
