  • I want to alert all global pioneers ⚠️⚠️⚠️

There is currently a lot of false information circulating inside the Pi community from other crypto currency holders. They are pretending to be pioneers and are spreading misleading information. Many pioneers are expressing anxiety about KYC and migration and may be at risk of losing their Pi. This is why I've emphasized the importance of reading the white paper or my articles to stay informed and avoid unnecessary worry or anxiety. If you have anxiety in KYC and migration, you are more likely to be targeted. Scammers take advantage of your anxiety.

They are telling pioneers that changing their password will change their KYC status from orange to green. They are collaborating with others to falsely claim that they have successfully changed their password and obtained a green status.

Some pioneers, or social media influencers are spreading this false information. They even tried to persuade me to encourage pioneers to do the same.

These individuals might have accidentally discovered that they can do KYC , or they could be intentionally spreading false information for personal gain.

Two members of the Chinese Core Team have tested this and confirmed that it is completely false.

Changing your password can't help your KYC status. In fact, some pioneers who attempted to do so found themselves unable to log in afterward, or they discovered that they were logged into a new account with a zero balance of Pi.

Please refer to the official announcements from the Core Team and Only trust information from the Core Team . Please do not believe what others are saying, as they may be scammers.

Why are they doing this? It's clear - jealousy! These individuals are associated with other cryptocurrencies and do not want Pi to succeed and don't want you succeed.

I have reviewed all the comments under my Twitter posts, and almost 95% of those complaining or attacking the Core Team or GCV are from accounts associated with other cryptocurrency holders.

I just found one screenshot of a person advocating changing the password. Actually, he or she is not a pioneer.

Please listen to the advice of a pioneer who commented on the above. He said:Just be patient, and you will get KYC green. There is no need to worry. He never did change password, after live check, his KYC become green.

The Core Team wants more pioneers to hold Pi. There is no reason to question if the Core Team will take your Pi. Their goal is to protect us from being scammed and ensure that all genuine pioneers who don't violate policies receive Pi.

Please repost and forward to your community to avoid more pioneers lose their Pi or account.

  • 🇬🇭 Social media users recently shared a video depicting individuals purported to be French, urinating on an African woman while a crowd watched. *Misleading!*

Findings show that this video is being used in the wrong context. It was, in fact, a staged performance by Regina Jose Galindo in São Paulo, Brazil, back in January 2013. This performance aimed to shed light on the hardships endured by women working in Brazil's strenuous coal mining industry.

  • Pioneers Please be aware of this False Publication claiming to give out Pi Airdrop to celebrate Pi Network Twitter Followers. Not only is this misleading but a SCAM to steal your hard mined and presently scarce Pi.
Also remember not even the Core Team will request for your Passphrase(24 Words) after setting up your wallet. Guard them carefully and don't share on any links or site.

Lastly ask yourself what Airdrop can be bigger than the opportunity we have now to still Mine Pi on our Mobile Device? BE WISE PIONEERS!

  • 1/2Pi Network

    Pi Network Account Safety
Hey Pioneers, today we'll be sharing some educational information about staying safe with your Pi account and watching out for potential scammers, impersonators, and malicious actors.

The overall vision of Pi Network is to build an inclusive and the most widely distributed digital currency and ecosystem for all Pioneers. As a social blockchain, the network values true humanness and therefore has strict measures such as mandatory KYC before Mainnet migration. Bot accounts are not allowed to benefit from a Pi account, and only one account is allowed per person.

Real human Pioneers contribute in diverse ways for the network's overall security, growth and inclusion, utilities creation, and stability and longevity. Therefore, the account safety of Pioneers is of paramount importance for individual Pioneers and the network as a whole.

Pi Network has grown to over 33 million engaged Pioneers within the Enclosed Network period of Mainnet. The network size and the general enthusiasm and goodwill of Pioneers may attract unwanted scammers. These bad actors can claim to involve the Pi Core Team or its founders and try to harm Pioneers.

Pi Cryptocurrency is Currently Not for Sale
Remember that Pi is mined for free on the mobile app through contributions to the ecosystem, but it is currently NOT for sale. Pi Network is NOT running an ICO or any type of crowdfunding sales of Pi coins.

Pi Network is NOT affiliated with anyone or any organization claiming to sell or create Pi (sometimes referred to as 'Pi Coin' or 'PiCoin' by Pioneers), Pi futures, Pi NFTs, Pi airdrops, or any other derivatives of Pi. All such sales are unauthorized and may lead to your loss of money or personal data. Pi is currently not on any trading or futures exchanges or traded for other currencies/cryptocurrencies, including any decentralized exchanges.

Also, all previously mined Pi will only be claimable from inside the Pi App through the Mainnet dashboard and transferred into your Pi wallet after your KYC is verified and the network Mainnet migration is underway. Any website asking Pioneers to claim Pi through other means is fake.

Be Aware of False Associations with Pi Network
Be especially careful on social media for fake websites, misleading ads (ads to fake websites), fake email addresses, and other places where malicious actors can give Pioneers false impressions and false information. This includes unknown parties that co-opt the unauthorized use of Pi name (e.g., X-Pi, Pi-Y, etc.) and branding to make it seem as if Pi Network is affiliated with them in an official capacity. Some of these parties could potentially be a genuine contributor to the Pi ecosystem, but the names do not automatically imply an official partnership with Pi Network. These claims of partnership or affiliation are false unless otherwise expressly confirmed by our official communication channels listed below.

    Safeguard your Data
Note that Pi Core Team members will NEVER ask you for your account password or your wallet passphrase under any circumstances. Pi Network will also NEVER ask you, outside the official Mining App and Pi Wallet interface, for your account password—only the hashed version of which is stored on our servers, or your wallet passphrase that is never sent to our servers. So, Pi Network never has copies of your password or wallet passphrase.
