很现实的一段话：“不管你是生儿子还是生女儿，你培养的越优秀，以后越是指望不上。如果儿女是打工族，没事还会回来看看你吃顿饭，聊会天。如果他们是博士硕士，平时根本没时间休息，一旦遇到法定节假日，他们还要逛街旅游陪娃，哪里还有时间来陪你。”

很多父母生孩子，潜意识里都有份养儿防老的期待，不只是物质，更是精神上的陪伴。

但如果把孩子培养得太优秀，他属于他自己，属于这个社会，属于更大的世界，唯独很难再只属于你。

一个在小城市安家的普通职员，周末开车一小时能回家吃顿饭。

但一个在北上广或国外的专家，回趟家得提前几个月规划，回来待两天又匆匆走了，这不是不孝，是真的身不由己。

高学历、好工作背后往往意味着更高强度的工作和竞争。他们的时间不属于自己，属于项目、客户和KPI。

法定节假日，对他们来说可能比上班还累，要处理积压的私事，或者抓住难得的机会陪自己孩子。

不是不想陪你，而是精力被方方面面透支了。

人到晚年最大的靠山，从来不是子女，而是你自己。

外面的世界已经发展成这样了嘛……
闹钟响了第三轮才爬起来，结果上粉底的时候直接崩了——鼻翼白花花起皮，额头像干裂的土地，粉底推开全是纹路。更崩溃的是，为了不卡粉，兢兢业业涂的水乳防晒和气垫直接打架脸上搓出一条条泥，越拍越脏。最后只能卸了素颜出门，一整天都不想照镜子。
后来看到papi视频推荐的同频随行棒，说妆前涂在爱卡粉的地方能让底妆特别服帖。我心想这看着就像润唇膏嘛，能有多大用？但实在被卡粉+搓泥折磨烦了，就抱着试试看的心态买了一个。

在鼻翼、嘴角、下巴爆皮那块转圈涂了两下，手指一按就吸收了，皮肤摸起来润润的但不油。接着再按照平时步骤上了防晒和气垫，竟然一点没卡，也不搓泥，气垫特别顺地拍开了，平时起皮的地方像被压平了，一点都没卡，而且妆感很服帖，带点自然光泽。
到下午鼻翼还是服服帖帖的，连法令纹都没积线。
现在出门真少不了这个随行棒了，小小一支装包里特别方便，要是脱妆还能拿它补救，涂在脱妆的地方用纸擦掉，再拿它涂抹后用气垫拍几下出来拍的效果，服帖的一点看不出补妆痕迹。早八赶时间的姐妹，或者刷🧄爆皮不知道怎么上妆的，真的可以试试，妆前用它一个就够了。
